About us: 'What we do', 'Why are we here?'
We want to share our moods and memories of INDIA with you, this was the idea for the Moods of INDIA site.
We are a couple based in Brighton, England who are obsessed with travelling in India. We try to go every year and we love the people, smells and landscapes of the most colourful country in the world.

Let us inspire you to browse our amazing gallery of Indian photographs, share with you friends and then have fun on deciding which items you would like to own for yourselves forever.
We travelled to India first in 2004, when travelled by train from the Southern cape, Kanyakumari to as far north as Punjab in 5 months.
Along the way we were overwhelmed by the energy and compassionate nature of the Indian people. We were volunteers in the Tsunami in Tamil Nadu, and taught English lessons to Tibetan Monks in Dharamsala during this time.
We hope our photographs sum up what we think are the most eyecatching and striking images of Indian life. Every day is a new story, whether you are walking a bustling city street. Cruising the backwaters of Kerala. Trekking the tea plantations of the South, or at higher altitudes in the Himalayan mountains.

We also continue to support Indian charities from our volunteer work we particpate in around the world. The most recent being a reforrestation project in the Lower Terai, Nepal.
