1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us and we will be able to arrange this for you. We want you to be happy with your service from Moods of INDIA.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We will despatch the items within 24 hours of receiving your payment receipt from PayPal. Providing you have a valid email address we will send the order in full to this address.
3. Can I get a refund on my order?
Please contact us if you’re not satisfied with your order. When we what the problem is, we’ll let you know how we can help. Please note though, that we only issue refunds in exceptional circumstances rather than as a matter of policy.
4. Where are you based?
We are based in Sunny Brighton, on the South Coast of the England. Learn more about us, and why we created Moods if INDIA.
5. How do you send out my order?
We send out all our orders by email. We do not use surface mail.
6. What file format and resolution are the photographs I will receive?
The images will be in .jpg format. This is a very flexible electronic file format, for web and print. The pixel resolution is 1280 width x 960 height.
7. What are the delivery charges?
None! As we send all our items out by email postage is free. We email our orders worldwide, and yours too! This means you get the photographs without waiting for the post to be delivered.
With delivery by email it doesn't matter if you are out when we make the delivery.
8. What if I have not received my order in 3-4 days?
Drop us a line and we will follow up this order for you. We have a record of all transactions so we will know exactly the status of your order.
9. How can I pay for my order?
With our friends at PayPal we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, also American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron. You don’t need a Paypal account to buy our items, however, you can create one easily as part of the checkout process.
10. How secure is my payment online?
Security is our highest priority and we use the latest security for our online payments. PayPal uses military strength credit card encryption, meaning your details are safe, also we won’t store any of your credit card information.
11. Can I pay with cash or cheque?
No, sorry to make it easy for you and Moods of INDIA all our payments are online. This is so you get a receipt for your transaction, and also we are able to track your order in our system.
12. Do you keep and store my details?
We do save some of your details, your name, email, address and order number, but we never store your payment details. For more information, please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement. We will never pass your details to third party companies.
